Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our New York office and play a key role in delivering world-class MEP design projects. As a leading MEP design firm in the architectural engineering consulting industry, we’re looking for a technically proficient professional with leadership skills and project management experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about engineering and architecture and is committed to designing high-performance, sustainable, and iconic buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and conceptualize mechanical HVAC systems and present design solutions to clients and stakeholders

• Produce high-quality mechanical HVAC construction documents

• Design building automation systems (BAS) and sequences of operation

• Prepare detailed technical specifications for mechanical systems

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships

• Deliver technical presentations to clients, project teams, and industry audiences

• Mentor and train junior engineers and team members

• Oversee quality control for engineering deliverables and ensure design accuracy

Key Skills & Competencies

• Proven leadership and team development abilities

• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit

• Experience with HVAC engineering calculations and performance simulation tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering

• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant industry experience
