Data Entry Keyer

This is a remote position.

Join our team at the construction firm as a Data Entry Keyer working in a fully remote role. This remote opportunity enables you to contribute from your home office while supporting data workflows across our project and administrative teams. You will work remotely with internal stakeholders to input critical data accurately maintain remote records and help ensure project information is accessible to remote and onsite teams alike.

Key Responsibilities

Enter large volumes of data accurately and efficiently while working remotely.

Use keyboard / data entry systems in your remote workspace to input project financial or administrative information.

Verify typed data from remote sources ensure consistency and completeness and reconcile discrepancies in remote files.

Maintain remote filing systems and digital records to support remote access and retrieval of information by project finance and administrative teams.

Collaborate with remote team membersdata managers operations staff and project coordinatorsto ensure data entry aligns with remote and onsite requirements.

Support remote workflow improvements and remote process documentation to enhance the remote data-entry function.

Monitor remote keying performance and accuracy metrics reporting to the remote data team or supervisors.

Ensure confidentiality and security of remote data and digital records in compliance with company policy and remote work standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in data entry office administration or related field preferred.

Proven experience in data entry typing or clerical work; remote work experience is a plus.

Exceptional attention to detail strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a remote work environment.

Typing proficiency and accuracy with familiarity using spreadsheets databases or data-entry systems in a remote setting.

Comfortable working independently from a remote workspace with reliable internet access and minimal distractions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.

Ability to manage multiple remote tasks and stay on schedule in a remote role.

Required Skills :

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or certification in data management business administration or a related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry records management administrative support or a similar role; remote work experience strongly preferred. Proficient with spreadsheet tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel) database systems and general office software; comfortable working remotely and using remote collaboration tools. Excellent attention to detail organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote work setting. Strong communication skillsboth written and verbalcapable of coordinating with remote and onsite team members effectively. Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace to support remote productivity and collaboration.
