Job Title : General Opportunities

Location : Chicago, IL – Onsite

Job Type :  Seasonal

About Us :  We are an event planning company that organizes events, including corporate meetings, weddings, parties, and more. We are looking for friendly, hardworking individuals to join our team and help create great client experiences.

Responsibilities :

  • Help set up and take down event equipment (tables, chairs, decorations, etc.)
  • Assist with guest registration and directions during events.
  • Provide support to the event coordinators to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Help manage event logistics (such as delivering materials or assisting with catering).
  • Work with vendors (caterers, DJs, etc.) to make sure everything is in place.
  • Offer great customer service to guests at events.
  • Help with event clean-up after the event ends.

    • Qualifications :

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work well with others in a team.
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift light items (up to 25 lbs).
  • Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    • Pay & Benefits | What You’ll Receive

  • Hourly wage : $18.00 hour
  • Overtime pay will be provided for hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek at 1.5x the regular rate of pay, in compliance with Illinois labor laws.
  • Health Insurance : Medical, dental, and vision insurance options available for full-time.
  • Retirement Plan : (k) plan with company matching.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) : In compliance with Illinois State Law.
