Senior Designer Lead
The Senior Designer is responsible for collaborating with team members and consultants throughout all phases of projects and assists in the creation of the workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Working closely alongside the Design Lead the role will require flexibility and adaptability to work across all project phases and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Reviews and approves design related deliverables materials finishes furniture artwork and branding.
• Communicates with the team in maintaining goals schedule and priorities of assigned projects.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by Manager.

Educational Requirements

• University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

• 5 Years Required; 7 Years Preferred

Required:

• 5 years of experience in commercial workplace design

Preferred:

• 7 years of experience in commercial workplace design
• Degree from a CIDA-accredited Interior Design program or equivalent
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD with demonstrated technical excellence
• Comprehensive understanding of construction documentation assembly and coordination
• Working knowledge of building codes and accessibility standards including ADA compliance
• Interest in sustainable design practices particularly LEED and Fitwel certifications
• Understanding of current industry standards and construction practices.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Anticipated Posting End Date:

Base Pay Range: $99800/yr - $146100/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon but not limited to relevant experience time in role base salary of internal peers prior performance business sector and geographic addition to base salary the competitive compensation package may include depending on the role participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example annual discretionary incentive programs non-annual sales incentive plans or other non-annual incentive plans).
