Document Services Manager

Overview
We're looking for a dynamic leader who can motivate teams, manage processes, and drive results. The ideal candidate will be a self?starter, detail?oriented, and committed to ethical compliance.
Responsibilities
- Comply with the firms policies and procedures, client and firm work standards, and compliance policies.
- Assign employees their work schedules and ensure they are followed.
- Provide proper training and ensure full knowledge of procedures for the team.
- Evaluate employees on a regular basis for performance and inform management of any concerns.
- Track and monitor the activity of workflows for the team.
- Continually motivate staff and maintain a positive work environment.
- Manage time?off requests for approval, review time records and schedule changes, ensuring coverage in the team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year management experience in a team?oriented workplace (preferred).Minimum 1 year experience working in a litigation environment.Minimum 1 year experience drafting, formatting, and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, affidavits, and correspondence.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a department and its staff members.Effective management of workflow and staff.Strong organizational and time?management skills.Strong commitment to ethics and compliance standards.Effective decision?making skills.Ability to work in a fast?paced environment and handle multiple tasks.Above?average Excel knowledge, including analysis, filtering, and V?lookup.Proficient in verbal and written communication in a common language.Computer proficiency.Minimum 40?hour flexible workweek.Ability to read and comprehend position?specific documents and correspondence.Physical Qualifications
Ability to lift five pounds or greater.Ability to sit 90% of the workday at times.Ability to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed.Ability to concentrate and use critical thinking.Benefits and Compensation
Base salary : $65,000 per year. The benefit package includes medical, vision, and dental insurance, long?term disability insurance, life insurance, compensated time off, paid holidays, and 401(k) with match. The position is full?time and fully?benefit.
