- Career growth! Core Responsibilities of the Primary Therapist
- Responsible for a patient caseload. Will provide group, individual, and family therapy
- Conducts psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments.
- Collaborates with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan.
- Assists in coordinating discharge planning.
- Provides structure, boundaries, and a warm and caring environment.
- Maintains communication with the family, referral source and other service providers as needed.
- Works as part of a team to provide exceptional patient care.
- Promotes a positive morale and maintain professional composure. Pay Range $65,000 to $85,000 annually commensurate with experience & Licensure. Requirements : Qualifications of the Primary Therapist
- Computer literacy required.
- 1-year experience working in Private substance abuse treatment Preferred.
- Licensure and / or (Intern License) to practice clinical discipline in Florida Preferred.
- KIPU EMR knowledge preferred.
