JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Analyst plays a critical role in driving efficiency, accuracy, and profitability across operations pillar. This individual will be responsible for tracking, measuring, and analyzing key operational performance indicators (KPIs) and translating data insights into actionable recommendations. The Operations Analyst will work cross-functionally with both Operations and Sales teams to identify trends, uncover root causes, and guide strategic initiatives that improve warehouse productivity, delivery accuracy, and inventory management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Performance & Analytics
- Track, analyze, and report on key operational KPIs including but not limited to :
- Cases picked per hour
- Delivery and / or inventory adjustments
- Product breakage (warehouse and delivery-related)
- Load balancing and order distribution from Sales
- Overtime hours and labor efficiency
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance trends
- Conduct root-cause analyses on operational issues to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities and communicate them to appropriate stakeholders
- Develop forecasting models and benchmarks to improve productivity and resource planning
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales leadership to analyze how ordering patterns impact warehouse efficiency and delivery optimizationCollaborate with Warehouse Managers and Operations leadership to drive data-informed decisions that reduce waste, improve accuracy, and streamline processesSupport initiatives to align Sales order behavior with operational capacity and efficiency goalsProcess Improvement & Strategy
Recommend and help implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costsDevelop and document standard reporting and analytical procedures to ensure consistency across locationsParticipate in strategic planning and continuous improvement projects related to logistics, inventory, and fulfillmentQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
2–4 years of analytical experience in any function (e.g., operations, sales, finance), with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendationsProficient in Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)Preferably, knowledge of VIP reporting capabilitiesHighly organized with ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projectsStrong analytical skills and ability to translate data into clear, actionable insightsVery outgoing along with strong self-directionExcellent communication skills and ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersWork with minimal supervision, ability to set priorities, and multitaskWORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
