We are seeking a detail-oriented, systems-savvy Senior Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing Operations & Analytics team. This role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and strategy. You will turn marketing and account data into clear reporting and actionable insights that guide investment decisions, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen our go-to-market engine. The ideal candidate understands both how data is created (backend systems, processes, attribution logic) and how it is consumed (dashboards, insights, stakeholder reporting), and generates insights that drive meaningful action. You'll partner closely with Marketing Ops, Data & Analytics, RevOps, and marketing program owners to improve visibility, optimize measurement, and elevate data-driven decision-making across the business.

3+ years in analytics, ideally within SaaS marketing, marketing operations, or growth analytics.
Experience partnering cross-functionally with Data & Analytics, Marketing Ops, RevOps, Enterprise Applications, Product Marketing, and Sales.
Skilled in KPI development, statistical analysis, and marketing performance measurement.
Ability to distill complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root-cause analysis across systems and processes.
