We’re hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and oversee ABA services for pediatric clients. This role focuses on clinical leadership, treatment planning, supervision, and collaboration with families and clinical staff to deliver high-quality, ethical care.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff to ensure treatment fidelity
- Monitor client progress through data analysis and ongoing program adjustments
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Provide parent training and support to reinforce treatment goals
- Complete clinical documentation and ensure compliance with ABA standards
- Participate in case reviews, staff development, and program improvement
Requirements
