JOB TITLE : Test Technician - 2nd Shift

LOCATION : Oldsmar FL

PAY RATE : $26-35 / hour

Summary :

Perform installation maintenance troubleshooting and repair of in-line manufacturing equipment.

Diagnose failures replace components and use standard electronic test equipment drawings manuals and instructions.

May redesign basic optical electrical mechanical or vacuum systems for existing equipment.

Maintain maintenance and repair logs and use a variety of hand power and test tools.

Monitor evaluate and improve manufacturing equipment performance.

Perform preventative corrective and immediate repairs on equipment used in the CCA production process.

Collaborate with Operations Production Line Leadership and Engineering teams (Product Process Quality Test).

Requirements :

High school diploma (or equivalent) plus specialized technical training or associate-level coursework and 10 years of relevant experience.

Proficient with mechanical hand tools and soldering

Strong problem-solving skills

Working knowledge of electronics pneumatics hydraulics and mechanical systems

Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends

Strong communication skills

Must complete required manufacturing training (PWB Handling First Piece Certification Component ID ESD)

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Experience with MyCronic & Universal Instruments PnP Kohyoung / YesTech AOI SMT CCA Inline-Wash MPM Screen Printer

Associate degree or technical certificate preferred
