A company is looking for a Collection Specialist to support their Specialty Infusion Pharmacy remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Research and resolve accounts receivable balances and collection actions
Make routine collection calls and document actions taken in the company software system
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and provide exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications
Previous home infusion and specialty pharmacy experience required
1-3 years of strong collections experience
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in finance or accounting preferred
Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology
Experience with CPR+ systems preferred
