A company is looking for an Inside National Account Manager (iNAM).
Key Responsibilities :
Drive revenue growth and provide excellent customer support within assigned accounts
Upsell, cross sell, and retain existing SMB and Enterprise customer base
Develop a sales penetration strategy for account portfolio
Required Qualifications :
High School Diploma / GED
2-5 years of relevant work experience
Strong product knowledge and technical skills
Ability to work nights and weekends as necessary
Experience in account management and customer relationships
