District Manager Qualifications & Requirements :
3+ years of multi-unit titled leadership position for a high-volume, full-service, hospitality company10+ years of hospitality management experienceExperience overseeing 3+ locations and $10M+ revenue / yearExperience leading 50+ employees, including managersExperience with P&L, forecasting, budgeting and analysisProficient with POS systems, spreadsheets and hospitality PC based systemsExpert sales mentality, with proven results from sales initiativesExcellent interpersonal communication skills and guest-focused charismaExperience collaborating with HR for recruiting, training and retentionDistrict Manager Preferred Background & Skills :
Local to the San Jose marketNew location openings and / or turnaroundsExtensive experience with LBW and food menusProficient knowledge of R&M, safety and sanitation standards / lawsBachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business or related field
