Job Description

We are seeking an Experienced CDL Class A Truck Driver to join our team!  You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) throughout the western US.  Our loads are dry van freight and 100% NO TOUCH freight.

We are a family run company with weekly home time for our drivers. We offer new model trucks to make your drive comfortable! We proudly support our military and offer competitive pay to help you transition to a rewarding career as a CDL driver, come work with Sportiva! Our company pay rate is $0.65 / mile.

Responsibilities :

  • Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck
  • Safely run Class A dry van freight throughout western US
  • Properly track and document activity log
  • Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
  • Inspect truck before and after every trip

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years OTR dry van freight experience
  • Commercial Class A driver's license
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen
  • At least 25 years of age
  • Clean driving record - no more than 1 moving violation in the previous 3 years
  • Strong work ethic
  • Commitment to safety
