Texas Trades is partnering with a leading commercial client in the Dallas area and we're looking for a confident, hands-on Electrical Project Manager to lead projects from kickoff to closeout. If you know how to keep crews moving, budgets tight, and clients happy - this is your lane.

What you'll do

Own the full project lifecycle : planning, execution, closeout, and warranty follow-through.

Manage client relationships and set clear expectations on quality, schedule, and priorities.

Coordinate estimating, scheduling, value engineering, reporting, and field execution.

Lead project teams and subcontractors; build staffing plans, work scopes, and schedules.

Track contracts, change orders, bulletins, and field work orders with clean documentation.

Monitor job costs, forecast risks, and deliver strong monthly financial updates.

Drive a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with OSHA and all applicable regulations.

Keep communication flowing between the field, office, and client so nothing gets missed.

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

6+ years of construction experience, ideally managing electrical commercial projects.

Strong command of project controls, schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination.

Solid Microsoft Office skills and comfort with project documentation systems.

Bonus points for

OSHA 10 or 30 certification.

Experience on fast-paced commercial electrical builds or facility projects.
