Information Architect

A company is looking for an Information Architect.

Key Responsibilities

Support efforts to structure and model content, navigation, and data flows across the MHV platform

Collaborate with UX researchers, designers, and product teams to create intuitive user pathways

Assist in the development of taxonomies, metadata models, and content governance strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus at least four years of Information Architecture experience

Technical architecture experience in enterprise or federal systems

Experience with VA systems or other government digital services is a strong plus

Familiarity with accessibility standards (Section 508, WCAG 2.2)

Ability to obtain and maintain public trust clearance
