Key Responsibilities
Engage potential clients on Zoom and phone to qualify their goals and readiness
Set high-quality appointments and ensure a seamless handoff to Enrollment Advisors
Maintain CRM notes and meet daily and weekly performance metrics in a competitive sales environment
Required Qualifications
Experience in sales and a passion for talking to people
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
Willingness to work 50+ hours per week, including weekends
Strong alignment with the mission of empowering women through fitness
