[job_card.job_description]Provide engineering support for equipment specification, quoting, and layout planning in food & beverage process environments. Prepare and update drawings using AutoCAD (2D) and Inventor (3D training available) to illustrate equipment routing and piping. Oversee installation and commissioning of systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Conduct site visits for measurements, photos, and client interactions to build drawing libraries. Train operations staff on installed equipment and interface with customers / contractors. Assist in developing quotes and reviewing project scopes for bottling, brewing, canning, and dairy applications. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering OR equivalent experience 3+ years in mechanical / process engineering, ideally in food & beverage or related process industries (e.g., material handling, agriculture, industrial). Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with electrical systems, plumbing, water systems, and pneumatics. Hands-on experience in installations, commissioning, and engineering oversight. Willingness to travel 50% (1-3 day trips via air). Strong communication skills for client training and team collaboration.
