As a Customer Care Representative, you can look forward to Every Sunday off to spend time with family and friends! Eligibility for a $50 bonus for working Saturdays! Competitive language differential for Bilingual English / Spanish speakers! Position may be eligible for an additional $1.00 per hour in compensation depending on hours worked. This person will

• Respond to customer's telephone and e-mail inquiries. Respond in a professional and pleasant manner in all interactions.
• Utilize technical knowledge and trouble shooting skills to resolve complex customer inquiries
• Provide quality service as a differentiator for our company to retain current customers and attract new business.
• Mentor and train new Customer Care representatives
• Initiate opportunities to introduce Associated Bank products and services to existing and potential customers.
