ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
After building a career in real estate and mortgage lending, I became a State Farm agent in 2007 to create a profession that allowed flexibility, long-term impact, and the opportunity to truly help people protect what matters most. What began as a desire to balance work and family quickly turned into a passion for helping individuals and families manage risk, recover from the unexpected, and build lasting security. Since opening my agency, we’ve experienced consistent year-over-year growth and recently achieved major milestones, including qualifying for Ambassador Travel and Honors Club.


Our team would describe this office as positive, supportive, and results-driven. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Glenda Greene - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
  • Must obtain licensing before start date.
