Responsibilities

What You'll Do :

  • Be the Initial Point of Contact : Conduct outreach to evaluate candidates' qualifications, interests, and availability.
  • Organize and Qualify Talent : Maintain thorough provider profiles in our Salesforce-powered database.
  • Assist the Recruitment Process : Facilitate communication and scheduling between qualified candidates and recruiters.
  • Specialized Market Focus : Concentrate on specific provider specialties and high-demand regions to address client needs.
  • Build Your Candidate Pipeline : Manage a strong pool of healthcare professionals to support ongoing staffing requirements.
