  • Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist with a strong background in hand therapy to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, professionalism, and a passion for patient care to help individuals improve their ability to perform daily activities and regain independence . Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients’ physical and functional abilities through clinical observations and standardized assessmentsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on rehabilitation, particularly hand and upper extremity therapyCollaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate careEducate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniquesDocument patient progress and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with industry standardsex Required Qualifications M inimum of 3 years of experience as an Occupational TherapistActive and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license (state-specific, as applicable)Strong experience in hand therapy and upper extremity reha bilitation Preferred Qualifications (if any) Cer tified Hand Therapist (CHT) designation strongly preferredExperience working in outpatient rehab or orthopedic settings Certifications (if any) O ccupational Therapy License (required)Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) (preferred)
