Production Associate

Group O is seeking a Production Associate to help facilitate a variety of packing and kitting activities within our facilities and warehouses. As a Production Associate at Group O, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accurate and timely processing of packaging and kitting operations, while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety. This role requires diligence, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. As a Production Associate, you will be an integral part of our operations team, contributing to the smooth and efficient flow of goods through our warehouses. Your dedication to quality, safety, and teamwork will help ensure the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Functions :

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures. Ensure orders are accurate and complete, and that packaging meets quality standards.
• Maintain organized inventory storage areas, ensuring proper labeling, placement, and rotation of stock. Assist with restocking shelves and picking items for outgoing orders.
• Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards. Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Identify and report potential safety hazards or concerns. Participate in regular safety training sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse, including aisles, storage areas, and workstations. Follow proper waste disposal procedures and assist with general housekeeping duties as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to accomplish daily tasks and goals. Communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors, colleagues, and vendors.
