This progressive position with great long-term opportunity will closely ensure quality and productivity is maintained.He / She must be a creative, detail-oriented and an organized individual with knowledge of pastry production. This candidate will be expected to demonstrate the ability to have mastered a wide knowledge of international pastries, fancy petit fours, breakfast items and various baked goods and is always researching new industry trends.
