Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Floor Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for cleanliness and organization. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all floors within our facilities are clean, sanitary, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities :

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors on a regular basis.
• Strip, seal, wax, and buff floors as needed.
• Clean and maintain floor surfaces, including tile, carpet, hardwood, and laminate.
• Remove stains and spills promptly.
• Operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment, such as floor buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners.
• Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when handling cleaning chemicals.
• Inspect floors for damage and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist with other cleaning tasks as needed, including restrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
