Job Title : Senior Salesforce Developer Engineer (PF4)

Location : New York NY (Hybrid Tues / Wed / Thurs in office)

Duration : 6 month assignment with potential to convert.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

Salesforce development experience.

Expertise in Apex LWC Flow Builder and Salesforce event-driven architecture.

Strong integration experience with Salesforce APIs MuleSoft and AWS services.

Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

Experience with CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Jenkins) and DevOps practices.

Excellent communication skills for collaboration with offshore teams and SCRUM leadership.

Ability to adapt and learn new technologies beyond Salesforce.

Preferred Skills :

Preferred Certifications : Application Architect / System Architect.

Experience with AWS infrastructure tools & practices.

Familiarity with event-driven architectures and data streaming frameworks (e.g. Kafka Event Bus).

What Youll Do

Lead the design development and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) and integration APIs.

Partner with business stakeholders solution architects and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust extensible technical designs.

Implement Salesforce integrations with AWS services such as Lambda S3 and API Gateway ensuring secure and performant data exchange.

Collaborate with UX and front-end teams to deliver modern responsive user experiences using TypeScript and Figma.

Design and implement event-driven architectures using Platform Events Change Data Capture (CDC) and asynchronous Apex to support scalable loosely coupled integrations.

Oversee code reviews enforce development standards and drive continuous improvement through CI / CD pipelines automation and DevOps practices.

Troubleshoot and optimize performance across environments ensuring reliability maintainability and compliance with enterprise security standards.

Evaluate and integrate npm packages and open-source libraries to enhance component functionality and maintain consistency across applications.

Contribute to Salesforce platform modernization by leveraging AWS DevOps tools automation frameworks and reusable architecture components.

Stay current on emerging technologies including Salesforce AI (Einstein GPT-based assistants) and MuleSoft to evolve integration and automation capabilities.

What Youll Bring

Proven expertise in leading new Salesforce implementations guiding a team of developers through end-to-end solution design development and deployment.

Proven expertise in Apex LWC and Flow Builder blending custom development with Salesforces out-of-the-box capabilities to create scalable and maintainable solutions.

Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce event-driven architecture including Platform Events CDC and pub / sub patterns for real-time asynchronous communication.

Deep understanding of Salesforce data architecture security model and multi-org governance in a shared platform environment supporting multiple lines of business.

Proven ability to design and implement secure integrations using Salesforce APIs MuleSoft and AWS services (Lambda S3 API Gateway).

Strong background in JavaScript and TypeScript applying component-based principles and UI best practices across Salesforce and standalone apps.

Demonstrated experience collaborating with data teams to analyze troubleshoot and resolve complex data quality and integration issues across systems.

Experience translating Figma mockups into responsive accessible and reusable LWC and React components.

Proficiency with CI / CD pipelines GitHub and Jenkins enabling automated deployments and version control.

In-depth knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms including OAuth 2.0 JWT and Named Credentials.

Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and technical excellence.

Required Skills & Certifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.
