Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement projects related to 988 services to achieve goals and objectives

Facilitate communication with stakeholders to build alliances in the program service area

Monitor program compliance and quality assurance, ensuring the validity of program metrics

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field

5+ years of administrative and / or supervisory experience in mental health or crisis intervention

Experience with contact center operations

Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders

Fluency in Spanish is a strong plus
