Key Responsibilities
Manage employee relations and labor management issues, including grievance investigations and mediation
Lead recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with guidelines and developing hiring strategies
Collaborate on professional development programs and support employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Public Administration, or related field
5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on grievance procedures and employee complaint resolution
2 years of leadership experience supervising professional staff
Experience in a unionized environment and familiarity with collective bargaining agreements
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance practices
