Facility Volume : 40k

Credentials Required : ATLS, ACLS,PALS

License : Active WV

Certifications : Will accept IM and FM providers with EM experience. Completion of an ACGME or AOA approved postgraduate training program in family practice, gen surg. Certification to applicable board

Experience : 2 years experience in EM with a volume of 15k per year
