A company is looking for a Technical Content Specialist to support the Customer Support Team through the creation and management of technical information.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the curation and management of knowledge content, including manuals and procedures
Collaborate with IT to maintain the Customer Support Knowledge Database and conduct regular audits
Develop strategies for continuous improvement in knowledge management and facilitate training for new hires
Required Qualifications
Experience as a veterinary technician is required
Minimum 2 years of experience as a trainer or technical writer is preferred
Minimum 2 years managing a Content Management System (CMS) or Knowledge Management System is preferred
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Ability to perform self-directed work in an organized and accountable manner
