A Day in the Life As a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a trusted advisor to our Enterprise Operations business with a focus on critical IT hiring, helping leaders identify and attract top-tier talent to drive our mission forward. You'll combine business acumen, strategic recruitment expertise, and an unwavering commitment to service excellence to ensure we hire the right people at the right time. In this role, you will be responsible for executing recruitment efforts for our technical functions in the USA. You will support and fill requisitions while developing strong pipelines of qualified diverse candidates to meet position requirements from internal, external, and / or referral candidate pools. You will understand and implement diverse and functional Talent Acquisition strategies.

This on-site role will reside at our Operational Headquarters in Fridley, MN.

• Strategic Hiring Partner Work closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, ensuring alignment with growth goals.
• Deliver a World-Class Candidate Experience From first touch to final offer, you'll create a seamless, engaging, and professional journey for every candidate.
• Market Intelligence Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent market shifts to drive proactive recruitment strategies.
• Build Talent Pipelines Proactively source and engage high-caliber professionals, ensuring we're ready to scale as our business expands.
• Champion Diversity & Inclusion Embed inclusive hiring strategies that drive diverse perspectives and fuel innovation in our teams.
• Drive Continuous Improvement Leverage data, insights, and cutting-edge tools to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : $88,000.00 - $132,000.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification / education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
