Shift : Days - 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (TBD – Weekends & On Call)

Salary : $25 / hr (New Grad) – $27 / hr (Based on Experience)

Job Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Occupational / Employee Health team in New Hampshire . The LPN may work in Family Care, Orthopedics, or Internal Medicine , providing clinical support and promoting employee health and safety. This role focuses on assessment, treatment, health education, and compliance with occupational health standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and management of occupational and non-occupational illnesses / injuries
• Conduct health hazard assessments, surveillance, and case management
• Promote health and safety through education and prevention programs
• Support return-to-work and compliance initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality
