Oracle Human Capital Manager

Minimum Degree Required : Bachelor's Degree

Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and / or progressively responsible work experience in finance technologies for each missing year of college.

The salary range for this position is : $99,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position.
