Senior Technical Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Specialist (COB).

Key Responsibilities

Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, participating in product development and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Develop digital workflows to meet technical needs and lead cross-functional project teams for timely completion

Coordinate all stages of project development, including research, design, programming, testing, and implementation

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

5+ years of strategic leadership experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives

Knowledge of project management and experience with agile methodologies and tools

Prior experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in medical claims data management

Strong understanding of data structures and experience with SQL Server Management Studio or comparable applications
