[job_card.job_description]Self-Scheduled 3rd Shift : 7 PM - 7 : 30 AM FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts) 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule 1 Weekend per 6-week schedule 2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter) Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while floating between various units. Adapt to different unit workflows and maintain clinical excellence. Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Minimum of 18 months of RN experience in Med / Surg or Telemetry (2 years preferred). Flexibility to meet 6-week scheduling needs, including weekends and holidays. Training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse cross-training. Competitive pay package with internal float differential. As a Float Pool Registered Nurse, you'll gain diverse experience by rotating between the Emergency Department (ED), Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) support units.
