Senior Program Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead CRM and email marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of CRM and email marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and in-scope delivery

Coordinate requirements across various teams to ensure a clear campaign vision and execution

Oversee the development, QA, testing, and deployment of email campaigns, including managing workflow for segmentation and targeting

Required Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience in marketing technology, CRM, or digital agencies

Demonstrated expertise in email development methodologies and best practices

Advanced experience with project management tools (Smartsheet and Workfront preferred)

Ability to craft and define complex project plans based on assumptions

Effective systems thinking and conflict resolution skills
