The Float Pool offers caregivers the ability to support diverse populations across numerous departments, units, and locations within the Cleveland Clinic system. Caregivers in this role primarily float to Post-Surgical Ortho / Spine, Med-Surg, Emergency Room, Medical Overflow, Behavioral Health and medical units, with the flexibility to provide coverage in any area as needed. This position offers an unmatched opportunity to develop extensive experience in nearly every specialty area of healthcare. As an RN, you will assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional care, from initial introduction to final send-off. In this role, you will interact directly with patients, families and visitors, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and supply healthcare education as needed.

A caregiver in this position works nights from 7 : 00 p.m. 7 : 30 a.m. with rotating weekend and holiday requirements.
