Bidding Producer

A company is looking for a Bidding Producer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Executive Producers and Producers to create accurate bids for live action and post-production projects

Research vendor rates and maintain a current rate database while managing client correspondence related to bidding

Prepare and present bids to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with the creative vision

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in live action production and post-production bidding

Strong understanding of production workflows and crew structures

Proficiency with bid / CRM platforms such as HubSpot, PandaDoc, and Monday.com

Experience managing multiple bids in fast-paced environments

A collaborative attitude that supports both creative and operational teams
