Requirements :
- I require candidates to have a minimum of 4 years of experience with macOS and Windows operating systems.
- A+ Certification is essential.
- Familiarity with inventory systems and ticketing systems is a must, ideally with experience using platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or Service Now.
- Candidates must possess professional MacOS experience.
Responsibilities :
I need technicians who can provide on-site support along with “Tier 1” assistance, including troubleshooting Mac and phone issues, and escalating as needed.You will handle end-user hardware and software troubleshooting and be proficient in resolving issues with Okta Verify, Duo, and VPN.Familiarity with Apple OS X, Windows OS, Chrome OS (Chromebooks), iOS, and Android is vital.You will assist with tools such as Zoom, Google Suite, Google Meet, Google Slides, Keynote, and Jamf.Duties include deploying and collecting monitors and accessories, imaging or provisioning laptops and workstations (though this is not mandatory), and engaging face-to-face with end users to resolve IT challenges.You will be responsible for onboarding and offboarding employees, deploying laptops and mobile devices, upgrading damaged devices, and performing workstation sweeps to ensure monitor functionality and peripheral operation.I expect you to maintain storage room assets and perform printer management along with preventative maintenance and e-waste disposal, including wiping devices prior to e-wasting.Technologies :
