Program Manager Tech 2

A company is looking for a Program Manager Tech 2 to support the implementation of a large-scale supply chain planning transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and coordinate testing

Drive cross-functional communication to align teams with project milestones and manage weekly updates

Track project requirements, document issues, and ensure deliverables are met on time

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, understanding concepts like forecast accuracy

2-3 years of experience in large-scale program or system implementation, preferably SAP

3-4 years of project management experience, including task tracking and cross-functional coordination

No mandatory degree or certification required; PM certifications are a plus

Hands-on experience supporting implementations or large-scale programs is essential
