Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to oversee all daily operations of our retail store. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage people, products, and processes to deliver exceptional customer experiences, optimize sales performance, and maintain operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, and demonstrate the ability to drive team performance in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations & Sales Performance
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the store to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve or exceed targets
- Maintain accurate financial, statistical, and stock records
- Oversee stock management, pricing, replenishment, and inventory control
- Ensure all store activities comply with health, safety, and operational standards
Customer Service & Brand Representation
Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and foster a positive shopping experienceAddress and resolve customer complaints, queries, and feedback professionallyBuild customer trust and promote brand loyalty through service excellenceStaff Management & Development
Recruit, onboard, and train new team membersProvide clear direction, coaching, and performance evaluationsMotivate and engage staff to meet individual and team sales goalsDevelop career growth opportunities and advancement paths for team membersAdminister staff schedules, attendance, and shift planningVisual Merchandising & Promotions
Coordinate in-store promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising displaysEnsure visual merchandising standards are consistently metCollaborate with corporate and regional teams on promotions and sales initiativesRequirements & Qualifications
