Salary : $100,000-$125,000 Per Year

About the Role

This senior-level team member will lead a variety of projects focusing on the water and wastewater market across upstate New York and the northern tier of Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and client-focused project management to our fast-paced, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with and manage clients to determine needs and provide solutions.
• Provide technical knowledge to other members of our full-service team in upstate New York and the northern tier of Pennsylvania.
• Prepare technical reports, engineering calculations, and construction documents.
• Manage execution of projects with other engineering disciplines and office personnel from inception to completion.
• Perform comprehensive engineering calculations and analysis and use design software to solve complex challenges.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and deliverables to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Prepare construction packages (including all deliverables) for the engineering, procurement, and construction of water / wastewater systems for clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in water / wastewater engineering.
