Work with publicly-listed and privately-held healthcare clients in raising capital, as well as provide strategic advisory services and evaluate types of financing alternatives. This role will be involved in both public/private equity origination and transaction execution. Will work on end-to-end on the transaction process.
Conduct research using primary data sources, and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends
Draft pitch materials, investor targeting analyses and materials on transaction execution and process
Maintain databases on equity transactions, offering syndicates, investor activity, and other metrics regularly used in pitchbooks
Work closely with issuer clients on financing transactions and guide them through the capital raising process, including structuring, trading color and broader execution needs
Liaise and act as the "bridge" with internal teams such as ECM syndicate, coverage teams, sales & trading and equity research
Determine and analyze trends from data that is collected to assist in compiling reports that will help in decision-making.
Apply appropriate analytical processes and procedures to support research schedules.
Interpret data by examining patterns, trends, relationships, and implications to draw meaningful conclusions and answer critical questions.
Professionally interpret financial information to support business decision making.
