We're Hiring: Client Service Representative – Grandview Animal Hospital (Grandview, MO)
This is a Part Time position (25-30 hrs/week) T-TH. Schedule will vary to fit needs of clinic, but you must be available all open hours.

Our Grandview veterinary team is looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and energetic Client Service Representative to join our team!
What You'll Do:
  • Support our front desk CSR team
  • Provide exceptional customer care
  • Have attention to detail
  • Coordinate scheduling, phones, check-ins, and client communications
  • Help maintain effective clinic flow between clients, techs and doctors
What We're Looking For:
  • Veterinary customer service background preferred
  • Calm under pressure and able to multitask in a fast-paced clinic
  • Organized, reliable, and team-focused
  • Passionate about supporting pets, clients, and staff
