Design Engineer

A company is looking for a Design Engineer (Global Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Own the complete product development cycle from ideation to implementation

Prototype and implement products using AI tools to enhance creator workflows

Analyze user data to inform product decisions and improve user engagement

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in building real products, including coding and launching applications

Technical expertise in rapid prototyping with AI coding skills (React / TypeScript)

Strong product thinking with the ability to prioritize features based on user needs

Data analysis skills, including performing A / B tests and interpreting user analytics

Empathy for content creators, with experience as a creator or working closely with them
