Position Description : We are seeking an accomplished Senior Software Developer to lead the design, creation, and enhancement of complex software applications. The Senior Software Developer will leverage in-depth technical expertise to mentor team members, champion best practices, and deliver innovative solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Codes, tests, and debugs new or existing software.
- Understands business applications and user, quality, interface, and security needs.
- Collaborates with technical staff to resolve software issues.
- Addresses customer feedback and implements improvements.
- May help create user manuals.
- Manages desktop design, testing, security, integration, documentation, and training, including automation of deployment tasks.
