Sparks Group has teamed with globally recognized manufacturing company in search of a highly analytical Program Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, compliance, and billing for government programs in a cleared facility. This role works closely with leadership to drive financial accuracy, program insight, and process improvements. This position requires U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for security clearance. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and monitor program budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Prepare monthly billings, results summaries, and variance analysis for leadership review
• Ensure compliance with FAR / DFARS / GAAP and support audits, reporting, and documentation
• Partner with Program and Project Managers to align financial performance with program goals
• Support revenue recognition (EAC), cost proposals, and continuous improvements in financial tools / processes
