Job Description
Support the project manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing residential construction projects up to $20M. Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met effectively. Assist in managing subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules and cost efficiency. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports as required. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site. Provide support in problem-solving and decision-making during project execution.

The Successful Applicant
A successful APM - Residential - Projects up to $20M should have :
A strong understanding of residential construction practices and processes.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and clients.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
