Mortgage Processor

A company is looking for a job title, Processor.

Key Responsibilities

Process conventional, FHA, VA, and / or USDA loans in accordance with company and investor guidelines

Maintain communication with borrowers and relevant parties throughout the loan process

Prepare loans for closing by collecting necessary documentation and notifying the Closing Department

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in loan processing

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Knowledge of FHA and VA loan requirements
