Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location : Salem, OR Agency : Cynet Health Pay : $2,900 per week Shift Information : Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration : 13 Weeks Start Date : 1 / 19 / 2026 About the Position Job Title : Registered Nurse Profession : Nursing Specialty : Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Night Hours per Shift : 12 Hours Experience : Minimum of 18 months in a large hospital setting License : Oregon CNA license required at time of submission Certifications : BLS, ACLS Must-Have : Epic EMR experience, 18 months previous experience in a large hospital, previous experience with a minimum of one supervisor reference Description : START DATE - Jan 5th or later only. ICU RN will cover general ICU and PCU divisions with floating between units. The position involves 12-hour night shifts from 19 : 00 to 07 : 30. Required skills include IV start, telemetry, conscious sedation, and ventilator management. Preferred certifications include CCRN, CPI, and TNCC. Key patient diagnoses include sepsis, respiratory failure, traumatic brain injury, neurosurgical interventions, multi-system organ failure, stroke, GI bleeding, and cardiac / respiratory arrest. Patient ratios are typically 1 : 2 or 1 : 1. The unit has an interdisciplinary support team available, including physical therapy and respiratory services. Candidates may be required to float to another facility within the network. Refusing to float may result in contract cancellation.
